The Palace Released A Brand New Photo Of Prince Louis and Kate Middleton

Since he's only a tiny baby, Prince Louis has remained out of the public eye since he was born in April. While Prince George and Princess Charlotte have made show-stealing appearances at two royal weddings since Louis' birth, the youngest child of Prince William and Kate Middleton was left at home with the nanny's. For the first time since his christening in July, though, a brand new photo of the 6-month-old prince has been released and it's royally adorable.

Little Louis is held by his mom, the Duchess of Cambridge, in the sweet snap. His grandfather, Prince Charles, is holding Louis' tiny baby hands, as well. The new photo is from the new documentary about the heir to the throne Son, Prince, and Heir: Charles at 70. While you can't see too much of Louis face in the picture, it's still an incredibly lovely moment to capture on film.

Prince Charles is apparently such a doting grandpa that Prince William wishes he could get more time off work to hang out with George, Charlotte, and Louis. "I would like him to have more time with the children," the Duke of Cambridge says in the documentary. "Having more time with him at home would be lovely, and being able to you know play around with the grandchildren. When he’s there, he’s brilliant, but we need him there as much as possible."

Charles's brood of grandkids is about to get a little bit bigger, as well, with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle expecting their first child together. Hopefully, Prince Charles is able to get that much needed time away from work to hang out with the kiddos. We need more adorable pictures like this!
