Friends tops the list of the best TV shows of all time, followed by Seinfeld, in a new survey in which respondents also said the 1980s and '90s were the best decades for television. In the OnePoll survey of 2,000 adults for YouTube TV, 19 percent said the '80s and '90s were the best for TV, followed by the 2000s at 15 percent, the 2010s and 10 percent and the '70s at 10 percent. Just seven precent said we're currently in the best era for TV.
