Feeling down? An orange a day might help! A new study analyzing over 30-thousand women found that eating one medium orange daily could lower depression risk by 20%. Researchers linked citrus consumption to increased levels of a beneficial gut bacterium that may support serotonin and dopamine production. While more research is needed, adding citrus to your diet could be an easy, natural way to support mental well-being, and there’s really no downside.
